For more than twenty years, I worked at the intersection of education, hospitality, and the meetings and events industry. Throughout my career, I became known as a collaborative leader who could balance strategic thinking with authentic human connection.
I had the opportunity to work alongside exceptional leaders who were driving ambitious goals and meaningful impact within their organizations. Despite their different industries and leadership styles, many shared a common challenge: developing talent and building strong leadership pipelines for the future.
Those experiences deepened my longstanding curiosity about leadership and organizational development. Through years of hands-on experience, internal leadership opportunities, and formal coach training, I developed a passion for supporting emerging leaders as they navigate growth, influence, and increased responsibility.
Today, I help organizations invest more intentionally in leadership development by supporting the people stepping into leadership roles for the first time to strengthen confidence, communication, strategic thinking, and long-term leadership capacity.
